• Shipping Costs: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S. For orders under $50, a small flat fee applies. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be calculated at checkout.
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, our easy returns process has got you covered!

• Eligibility for Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible, the item must be in unused and original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Certain items such as perishable goods, personalized items, and final sale items are not eligible for returns. Check the product listing for specific return details.
• How to Initiate a Return:

  2. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid return label (for U.S. customers).

• Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it. If the item meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the return process, and we’ll send the replacement once the original item is received.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will ensure a quick replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected countries outside the U.S. International shipping fees vary by location and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
